This certificate provides a 5 year limited warranty covering your use of InstaDeckT products for your home.

When used in conjunction with a residential structure, your InstaDeckT is warrantied against any damage by termites or fungal decay that would make the lumber structure unfit for use as an outdoor deck.

This warranty is good for 5 years from the date of purchase and is transferable. The owner will be entitled to receive new InstaDeckT parts in exchange for wood damaged by termites or fungal decay. To make arrangements for this exchange of wood, please forward your name (as it was registered at the time of purchase), as well as the year and month of your original purchase. We will obtain all other required information from the completed Warranty Registration Card. This information can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to the warrantor at:

InstaDeckT shall not be liable for damage to InstaDeckT parts used for anything other than the use for which they were intended or for damage resulting from any cause other than termites or fungal decay.

InstaDeckT shall not be liable for any installation or reinstallation costs or for the natural characteristics of some wood to split, warp or twist, or for any incidental or consequential damages. And InstaDeckT shall have no further liabilities or obligations hereunder except as expressly stated herein. Nothing in this limited warranty is intended or shall change duration of any implied warranty, or shall give the purchaser any implied warranty he would not otherwise have, extend same beyond the customary duration, or make InstaDeckT liable for any implied warranty that it would not be liable for if this limited warranty had not been given.

This warranty is null and void if there are cut ends that have not been treated with InstaDeckT finish. It is also null and void if any holes made on the horizontal surfaces during the course of assembly have not been coated with InstaDeckT finish. Proof of purchase is required.
